  8. Tortoise for Macintosh that wasn't available when the jewel 
  9. case insert was printed. Please read this document before 
  10. using Blue Tortoise.

  34. 1. No entries in lists of coloring book options

  36. If you have not done any coloring and you click Coloring Book 
  37. Options, and then click the Open Book button, the fields in 
  38. the dialog box will be empty.  Click Cancel to return to the 
  39. coloring book.  You must click the Start Coloring button to 
  40. save your first book before attempting to change to a 
  41. different coloring book.

  43. 2. Coloring book doesn't open to first page

  45. If you select the Key in the toolbox on the last page of a 
  46. coloring book, you are prompted with "Would you like to open a 
  47. different coloring book?".  If you click Yes and choose a book 
  48. from the list, the new book opens to the same page number as 
  49. the last book you were coloring in.

  53. If you have a book open in the coloring book options when you 
  54. click the Open Book button, the book you currently have open 
  55. doesn't appear in the book list.

  58. B. Optimizing your system for Blue Tortoise
  59. ===========================================
  60. The performance of Blue Tortoise is influenced by a number of 
  61. factors including the speed of your Macintosh, the speed of 
  62. your CD-ROM drive and the way your system is configured.  Two 
  63. factors that can influence performance are Virtual Memory and 
  64. 32-bit addressing. Check that your Macintosh has Virtual 
  65. Memory disabled and 32-bit addressing enabled.

  67. To disable Virtual Memory and enable 32-bit addressing:
  68.    1. Click Control Panels from the Apple menu.
  69.    2. Click the Memory icon.
  70.    3. Click the Off button in the Virtual Memory section.
  71.    4. Click the On button in the 32-bit Disc Addressing
